Our Locally Sorced Ingredients

All of the ingredients used in my products are homegrown, foraged or sourced locally. The business is small and batches are produced in small quantities in my home kitchen. This ensures consistently high quality and results in every batch maintaining it's unique flavour. The sauces are lacto-fermented for up to 90 days, this brings out a wonderful depth of flavour and tang which you would expect in sauerkraut and kimchi products.

All products are trialled on my close friends and family and I welcome feedback which I will endeavour to act on to continually improve the flavours.
